1. Print out the End-User Agreement, complete all information, then fax it to 1-800-229-2435. 2. When RealChek receives your completed agreement, they will assign you a User Name and Password and notify you as to what it is. Please keep this information for future use, as it will be all that is needed for future credit report access. 3. RealChek America, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 4. Please keep all rental applications on file, because you will need to provide them if RealCheck America, Inc. is required by a credit reporting agency to audit your account.
