Use the entire RealChek
Tenant Management System (Qualification Report, Introductory
Letter, Tenant Violation Letter, and Collections) for 12 months.
If your bad debts (rent left owing, damages, court costs, and
attorney fees) have not decreased THEN RealChek will pay the
increase up to the total money you paid to RealChek during the
12-month period.

The Introductory
Letter
At absolutely no
cost, RealChek will provide you with an introductory letter that
welcomes your new tenant to his or her home. It also reminds
them that a good rental history is in their best interests and
the results of bad rental conduct. If you do not use a new-tenant
move-in package, RealChek will send the introductory letter after
your new tenant moves in--again, at no cost to you.
Sometimes you may
find yourself having to rent to an applicant who has had a slightly
unfavorable rental history. Under those circumstances a stronger
introductory letter has actually been shown to improve rental
conduct, because your tenants will understand that if they continue
with the unacceptable behavior, they will not find a place to
live.
