Use the entire RealChek
Tenant Management System (Qualification Report, Introductory
Letter, Tenant Violation Letter, and Collections) for 12 months.
If your bad debts (rent left owing, damages, court costs, and
attorney fees) have not decreased THEN RealChek will pay the
increase up to the total money you paid to RealChek during the
12-month period.

The
Qualification Report
This step includes
using RealChek to process the rental application. The RealChek
process is simple to use, saves time, and eliminates your fear
of violating a Fair Housing law.
First, you have your prospective
tenant complete the RealCheck application.
Second, you fax, phone or mail the
information to RealChek.
It's that simple!
Once RealChek receives the Qualification Report, your work is
done.
RealChek takes the
application and begins qualifying the applicant. That includes,
at no additional cost to you, telephone calls to all references
to obtain approximately 24 months of rental and/or living history.
It does not matter whether it is rental history or if your applicant
has been living in a non-rental situation. RealChek does that
because they want to treat all applicants the same.
Applicants will
sometimes omit bad rental history and have friends and relatives
cover for them. With RealChek's thorough investigation, they
can generally determine whether the information on the application
form is accurate. If RealChek needs more information, they call
the applicant in order to provide you with a fair, accurate and
complete Qualification Report.
After all information
is put together (within a 24-hour period), RealChek analyzes
it and gives your applicant a score between 1 and 10, with 10
being the best. Then, by telephone, fax or mail (the choice is
yours), RealChek gives you the score. You simply establish the
minimum score you will accept. No longer do you have to be the
judge of what is right or wrong, what is fair and what is not.
You will treat all applicants the same while complying with the
Fair Housing Laws.
Sometimes you may
want to do the background verifications yourself. In that case,
RealChek can provide you with a QuikChek Report (credit report)
in a half hour or less. That will be the only time you pay for
a credit report.
